objective evaluation of your home looking through a buyer's eyes. Following our visit
we will make recommendations on what needs to be changed, moved, replaced or
repaired in order to create an environment where a buyer wants to live. To realize your
home's full potential we will maximize your home's strengths and minimize any
weaknesses utilizing our professional skills Together with de-personalizing and
de-cluttering this can often be achieved using your existing furniture and accessories.

REDESIGN

You love your home but want to make it something special. We redesign your home
working with your personal taste, budget and timeframe to create a space that will be
both inviting and relaxing. We'll consider the best placement of your furniture and
accessories, and then consider adding or subtracting certain items. During our
consultation we'll listen to your thoughts and aspirations, make notes, and take
photographs before presenting our proposal. It needn't be expensive to make your home
look great!

COLOR CONSULTATION

Many homeowners are afraid of using color and tend to be conservative and select
whites or creams. Wall color can have a dramatic effect, especially when
complementing the color of furnishings and accessories. We will guide you through the
various color tones and hues to help you select colors that work with your décor.

HOME MINDING

Whether on vacation or away for the summer, homes in Florida need to be taken care
of. We offer the service of inspecting your home both inside and out to an agreed
check-list. This list includes checking items such as water leaks, water heater, air
conditioner, mold/mildew/bugs, security system, circuit breakers, run faucets and
toilet flushing, running the dishwasher etc. We top up the pool where applicable, and if
required will report on whether your yard is being maintained. We can also make
additional inspections following major storms. Visits can be scheduled as frequently, or
infrequently, as you wish. Our rates are very reasonable and when you receive a copy
of our e-mailed inspection report - you can rest assured your home is in good hands.
